Terms and Conditions for Winter Live Virtual French Classes

1. Parental Responsibility

By registering for 123 Petits Pas Inc.’s virtual French classes, I acknowledge that I, or another parent/guardian, am fully responsible for the safety and well-being of my child(ren) during the virtual class sessions. 123 Petits Pas Inc. is not responsible for supervising participants during class time.

2. Refund Policy

Non-refundable Deposit: A $10 non-refundable deposit is included in the registration fee. This deposit covers administrative costs and secures your spot in the class.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for the remaining portion of the fees may be requested at any time before the start of the first class.

Digital Access: Once access to the participant website has been provided via email, no refunds will be granted. This is due to the nature of digital content, as we cannot revoke access once it has been granted.

3. Class Access

Registration for 123 Petits Pas Inc.’s virtual French classes includes access to live class sessions and the participant website. This access is granted solely for the registered participant and their family. Sharing login credentials or class content outside of the registered household is strictly prohibited.
